Brief Note:

In a brief note, Gatum Dale (M) Sdn Bhd (GD) has the vision, motivation and strong operation structure to carve a few more milestones in the field of Information Technology (IT).

 

Vision:

GD envisions providing total customer satisfaction through products reliability, competitive pricing and customer oriented services. Hence, aiming to achieve: “Everyone with Quality PC”.

 

Mission:

“To create business advantage for our customers through quality products and efficient technical support”

 

Motivation:

Herewith are highlights of some of GD’s achievements since its incorporation in 1995:

 

a)      GD has managed to make a name for itself through RAM’s module business. GD is one of the very few companies that provide full range of products that deals with Memory Module.

 

b)      GD has been providing Malaysia market with brand name such as PNY and OCZ memory RAM Module.

 

c)      In view of the market demand, GD has managed to secure the distribution rights for brand name like FOXCONN and VIA. These two brand names are predominately world market leaders in manufacturing computer Main board/Motherboard.

 

d)      In view of the close association between GD and VIA, GD have been introducing VIA Embedded Platform such as Mini ITX and its latest Nano Mini ITX to all its corporate clients.

 

e)      In the USB Storage Device market segment, GD has been very successful in providing end-user with USB storage devices under the brand name like PNY.

 

f)        In the middle of 2004, GD has been granted the status of “Certified OEM Builder” for “Windows CE.NET Version 5.0 and Windows XP Embedded”. In view of this achievement, VIA Technologies also upgraded GD status to “Business Associate”, hence GD is able to provide a total solution in VIA Embedded Platform.

 

In view of the above achievements and accolades, GD has managed to secure and be granted with the status of a MSC Status Company for its wholly owned company namely Smart & Creative Technologies (M) Sdn Bhd in mid of 2005.

 

With all the above, GD did not rest on its allure instead GD has venture into the international market such as USA, Great Britain, Australia and Singapore with great success.

 

In conclusion:

 GD will continue to provide products and build strategic partnership from/with world renowned IT Products manufacturer be it a local or foreign owned company alike. This is in sync with GD’s vision and mission. Hence, GD will continue to make its mark in this IT field.
